About Us

Michael Thomas, Founder

Michael has been supporting children and adults with disabilities his entire career. From his earliest days at the Muscular Dystrophy Association to his 14-year tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of My Possibilities in Plano, Texas, his focus has been on delivering the highest quality and service to individuals with disabilities and their families. 


Michael is married to Julie, a health & wellness consultant and LMT. Together they have 11-year-old twin boys, Jackson and Maxwell.
