We are taking names of families who are interested in their loved one receiving support in one of our ConnectIDD Pathways Community Homes. We are committed to 10 homes in Mission Hills, located in Garland, Texas, and will keep our families up to date on construction progress.
In addition to providing support to our families, we also work with our community partner organizations, ensuring that they have the training and funding necessary to provide the best possible services to you and your family.
